Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk



Procedure



1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into

an 8-inch round pie or square cake pan,

and cover it with foil.

3. Place the pan in a shallow pan filled with

one inch of water. Bake for one hour.

4. Allow to cool; eat with bananas or as a

cookie filling.

Pudim
(Thick Custard)
Ingredients
1 pound sugar
½ tablespoon butter or margarine
½ cup water
6 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup shredded coconut
Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease the cups of a 10 to 12 muffin tin
and sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water.
Bring to a boil, stirring until mixture
forms a thin syrup.
4. Add butter and remove from heat and allow
to cool.
5. When syrup is cool, add the egg yolks
and coconut and mix well.

6. Pour mixture into sections of muffin tin.
7. Place tin in a larger pan filled with 1 inch
of hot water.
8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
9. To test if they are done, stick a toothpick
into the center—it should come out
clean.
10. When the custards are cool, turn the tin
over onto a large platter.

Serve in bowls. Serves 12.

Acaçá
(Steamed Rice Flour Pudding)


Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1
¹⁄₃ cups canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup milk
1½ cups rice flour
¹⁄₃ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste


Procedure

1. In a large saucepan, mix together the olive
oil, coconut milk, milk, and salt and
pepper.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Reduce the heat to medium and whisk in

the rice flour a little at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and
thick (about 8 minutes).
4. Gradually add the cream, mix, and pour
into a lightly oiled 8x8-inch shallow
oven-proof pan.
5. Let it cool for a few minutes.
6. Cut into small squares and serve.

Serves 8 to 12.

Wonton Soup

Ingredients
½ pound beef, ground
1 Tablespoon scallions, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1 Tablespoon water
2 packages wonton skins
3 cans (15 ounces each) chicken or other
broth (about 6 cups)


Procedure

1. Mix ground beef, scallions,
egg, salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil,
and water in a bowl.
2. Place 1 teaspoon of meat mixture in the
center of a wonton skin.
3. Moisten the edges of wonton skin with
water and fold it to form a triangle. Press
the edges together to seal.
4. Fill and fold the rest of the wonton skins.
5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil to
cook the wontons.
6. In another pot, heat the broth. (Wontons
will be cooked first in the boiling water
and then added to the broth.)
7. Add a few wontons at a time to the boiling
water, giving them room to float
freely. Cook over medium heat 8 to 10
minutes.
8. Add the cooked wontons to hot broth.
Use about 3 dozen wontons for 6 cups of
broth.

Recipe makes 48 wontons.

tapi sebutan nya mungkin bukan wonton tapi wantan lah. dan sudah ada restoran halal di malaysia sekarang ini yg menghidang resepi ini.

AYAM KALIO

BAHAN:

seekor ayam----------------------------------potong 8
halia 1cm(lebih kurang)----------------------dikisar
4 biji bawang merah--------------------------dikisar
3 ulas bawang putih--------------------------dikisar
1/2 cm kunyit hidup--------------------------dikisar
2 batang serai-------------------------------diketuk/titik
3 keping daun limau purut(nak lebih boleh tapi jgn banyak sangat nanti pahit.)
2 keping asam keping (kalau nak masam letak lebih)
Cili kisar(cili boh pun boleh, tapi nak sedap elok guna cili kisar sendiri sebab tiada bahan campuran lain)
1 1/2 biji santan kelapa (nak guna sebiji pun boleh)
cili api (tambahan kepada sesiapa yang nak pedas)

Cara-cara:

Satukan semua bahan yang dikisar bersama santan, serai dan cili kisar
Masukkan ayam
Kemudian masak atas api, kacau santan supaya tak pecah minyak
Masukkan daun limau purut

Bila santan dah separuh masak, masukkan asam keping dan masak sehingga santan betul-betul masak

P/S: Kalau nak lauk bersantan tahan lama, masakkan santan lama-lama barulah lauk ni tahan lama
Biasanya,masak ayam kalio ni,pastikan masakan ni pedas dan masam sikit baru ada ummph.....hihihi Smile

AYAM MASAK PAPRIK




BAHAN:

1/2 ekor ayam - dipotong kecil2
4 ulas bwg merah - ditumbuk
2 ulas bwg putih - ditumbuk
1 labu bwg besar - hiris gelang
2 btg serai - dititik/ketuk
2 biji buah tomato - dipotong 4
5 biji cili padi - ditumbuk
bunga kobis, kacang buncis/panjang, karot dan jagung muda
sedikit sos tomato, sos cili, sos tiram dan kicap manis
bahan2 perasa

Cara-cara:

Panaskan kuali. gorengkan ayam (agak2 sampai masak, jgn terlalu garing).
Masukkan bawang merah, bwg putih dan cili yg ditumbuk, kacau sekejap.
Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili, sos tiram dan kicap manis Biarkan mendidih sekejap dan masukkan pula sedikit air. masukkan serai, daun limau purut dan sayur-sayuran.

Bila dah mendidih, masukkan bwg besar dan buah tomato. semasa menghidang, perahkan limau kasturi...hihihi Smile

TAUHU AYAM

BAHAN:

1 keping dada ayam
4 ketul tauhu
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada
3 tangkai daun sup
1 biji telur ayam
garam secukup rasa
sedikit gula

Cara-cara:

Cincang isi ayam
Lecek tauhu dengan garfu
Potong halus daun sup
Gaul semua bahan-bahan diatas dengan isi ayam, tauhu dan juga daun sup
Kemudian goreng dalam minyak penuh seperti goreng cekodok...hihihi Smile

Ni resepi sy masak di rumah..suka btl makan tom yam tau..
Wahh lapar terus wohh..

Tom Yam Asli

Bahan-bahan
Semangkuk kecil isi daging ayam (dipotong dadu)
2 biji tomato (ambil sebiji yang sudah merah tua, dipotong dadu, sebiji lagi muda di belah 4)
½ batang lobak merah – dihiris nipis
4 putik jagung (dibelah 4)
Sedikit kobis bunga- potong kecil
1 inci halia - diketuk
3 batang serai - diketuk
2 pelepah daun kesum
Daun sup & daun bawang (untuk hiasan)
3-4 helai daun limau purut
Sebiji bawang besar - potong membulat
Sebiji limau nipis (ambil jus-jika suka)
2 sudu gula pasir
Garam secukup rasa
1 senduk minyak untuk tumis
3 gelas air atau lebih

Bahan untuk ditumbuk
5-6 biji cili api warna merah (jenis panjang)
2 ulas bawang merah
Seulas bawang putih
Sedikit garam


Cara masak

1. Masukkan minyak dan bahan yang telah ditumbuk dalam periuk. (jangan panaskan minyak awal2) . Nyalakan api kecil.
2. Masukkan sebiji tomato merah yang telah dipotong dadu kecil.
3. Masukkan serai dan halia yang sudah di ketuk. Biarkan merenih selama kira-kira 5-7 minit. Kacau sekali sekala supaya tak hangit. (jika cara masak betul, tumisan tak kan menyebabkan bersin, jadi api mesti kecil)
4. Masukkan ayam dan ½ cawan air. Gaul dan tutup periuk. Biarkan sampai daging ayam empuk (15 minit). Gunakan api sederhana.
5. Masukkan putik jagung ,bunga kobis dan air (3 gelas). Biarkan air menggelegak.
6. Masukkan lobak merah, tomato muda (potong 4), Daun limau purut, daun kesum dan bawang besar. Tutup periuk selama 2-3 minit.
7. Akhir sekali masukkan garam , gula , cili api yang tidak dipotong dan air juz limau nipis. Matikan api dan tutup periuk.
8. Taburkan daun sup dan daun bawang semasa menghidang.

Sedap dihidang dengan sambal belacan, timun dan sayur kailan. Jus limau nipis hanya untuk menambah kemasaman, jika ada masalah sakit gastrik tak digalakkan.
