come on mr rungkud..you are the one who has many ideas on several topics..just assume that all of us are equivalence since there has no one claiming to be high-skilled in this field, i am agree with pukutarap statement in which he called as "so be sasau2". Let's make this english section funny and enjoyable conversations as long as it would not displease others.

I myself confuse bah mr. orud..if I make correction...it is same as "tikus baiki labu" or a blind man guides another blind man.
And here is another problem..which one is correct guide or guides in the above sentence?
Please..sigu2 correct me..

I think "write" is correct because "you" is 1st person singular. "Guides" is correct for "a blind man" - 2nd person singular.

Siffu jeneral pukutarap...help us!!! labu suda rosak...he..he..

PostSubject: Re: the english version 'sasau ala canggung'   Thu Dec 18, 2008 12:05 pm

When the durian tree at my backyard yield / yields fruit ... the moment I planted the durian tree flashed back in my mind. That time (when I planted the durian tree) I plant/planted the durian without any real exceptancy/expectation to taste it's fruit. I thought it will take very long lime for it to yield fruit...if it ever will.
But then..after 10 years passed, at last the durian tree bear fruits, all of a sudden.. the ten years back seems had happen just a night before. I asked myself, "why I did not plants 20 durian tree2 at that time?".
Same thing when my rubber trees ready to be tapped, after 7 years been planted. Why I did not plant 10 acres of rubber trees seven years ago? .......

Moral of the story: We should have clear vision in what we do ..not just taking forgranted...

P/s. Dear teachers in ilsf ... please check my grammar and correct it for me. sometimes simple present tense and past tense confusing me. Likewise the tunggang tabalik sentence... do help me to rearrange it.

it's a very good question my friend orut. when i saw u story about 'durian trees'..some sentences had puzzled me too. and yes it's about whereabout appropriate usage of present/past tense suppose to be.

why i like this question? because it's seems suit to my curious as well.

Perhaps our friends very who have deep knowledge of this part would happily show the way to us.

thank you mr orut. Very Happy
